Design & Décor: What to do with mirrored walls?

Just bought a former model home built in the 90's. It has a ton of wallpaper and a mirrored bathroom wall and a gigantic framed out mirror on the 2 story foyer stairwell. Any thoughts for the mirrored walls? Hate them!

An africa themed office from an old guest bedroom

No solid coating with the stain, this is all hand painted one streak at a time. It took 4 days start to finish. The whole project less than 160 hours

  • Dames Rocket? This comes back from root and also reseeds really well. It likes poor soil and doesn't mind a drought. It blooms all summer if I dead head it. 1

These plants are both common but I would like to know their names.

1970's Blue Bathroom!

We are planning to replace all of the 1970's blue tile on the walls, floor and shower

*My motivation to do this project: ...»

To make our bathroom more modern to fit with the other updates we have made to our 1970's house

*Project Steps:

We have done some research on the types of tile we want to use, but have not started construction yet.

Advice:

I don't think you are supposed to tile over tile

Materials:

1 X Sample tile - $1.25

1 X Sample Tile 2 - $1.25

for the best water seal epoxy grout is usually used in comercial application that should tell ...»
you something right there I will give my approval and recomendation. One thing, You will need to follow direction very closely. As epoxy sets up very quickly it has alot more process than standard grout ( sanded or non sanded) If you choose to apply epoxy work in small areas one square foot at a time then clean that area and move on to the next and continue working that way. When you buy epoxy grout it comes with very detailed directions ie; gloves, type of float, scubbing pads, sponge etc... But in the long run say good bye to future leaks or porus areas. Good luck
