Another Brockton house flip were only 2 weeks into this this flip the bulk of this work so far has been done by me and my nephew it go's to show you we do not play around we are very good at what we do from demo to the finish work

  • Raised the theshold 3" on this door  also cut 3" off the door these ranches are built on slab foundations had to be raised as we will be putting 6 mil plastic and a double layer of 3/4" plywood with pre-finished bruce hardwood flooring over slab
  • Patched in all the existing siding with what we stripped off the gable and front and power washed
  • This was also patched in and power washed
  • New windows installed taped and seamed with trim installled
  • New window trimed out taped and seamed
  • Closet  with new trim
  • New trim around closet opening
  • new sheetrock on ceiling in laundry room
  • New sheetrock on ceiling
  • Patched in wall area with sheetrock
  • New siding on gable
  • Taping and seaming around new windows
  • Furring around brick
  • Stripping old siding
  • New electricial service siding trim and windowa

  • This is one of the many things in my work which I enjoy doing this only the first coat of 3 to be allpy'd
  • I take great time allpying the first coat ( if you watch me do it you would think I was going pretty fast) it took me many years to master tapeing and seaming it is diff not for everyone

  • Two 1 3/4" x 16" LVL beams in place and ready to rock and roll

Brockton Porch Remodel Project

This is a very old house as you can see sured up the porch roof ripped off all the aluminum siding old trim boards demo all the framiing digging seven 12" x 4' deep footings ( these are ...»
holes from hell nothing but rock no fun ) putting all the rock foundation back in place and chinking all the voids with cement plus building a form in front to hold every thing in place not an easy task but needs to be done re-framing with 2 x10 pressure treated lumber 3/4 T&G plywood installing 2 x4 framing on exterior walls with several new windows to be installed and two new doors new framing on under side of roof new insulation under floor in walls and ceiling new sheetrock this is going to be one very nice porch when it gets done so be sure to check back evry so often as I will be put up pics as this project go's on
