Outdoor Living: I really should have my bathtub surround re-tiled, but that is an expense I really cannot afford right now.

Is resurfacing a good choice (or does anybody have any suggestions?) I had my floor tiled, and the installer strongly suggested that there may be a leak behind the wall, although I see no obvious proof of one, but the condo is 25 years old.

Thanks to both of you!! When I did have somebody come out to give an estimate on resurfacing, ...»
he did not think there was a leak, because I specifically asked that it be checked. There is on area where the tile is not flush with the wall (so to speak) but was not installed properly to start with. Before I purchased this condo, there had been a fire and the entire building was rebuilt, and the tile even looks like somebody had tried to force into place and when it could not, was just left.
