    want as much info as I can get, before starting. From one pic on your post, I can see the paint roller "path" across the counter. Is the entire counter like this? Do you get water rings underneath a wet glass? Has it held up well?

Painting: Has anyone used the new products to resurface an existing laminate/formica kitchen countertop by painting them with a

kit? I've seen some pros and cons when researching and wonder if it is worth the effort and what kit is best/worst.

    I have seen laminates that were 20 -30 years old and still holding together...dated looking but functionally still performing well...same thing with some tile.
