Since I can't afford a new fancy Washer & Dryer for my Laundry Room, instead I decided to give a little makeover to my old set using a stencil from Royal Design Studio.
I centered the thick plastic stencil on the front of my dryer and stuck it in place with some painter's tape. I then used a little cabinet and trim roller to apply my paint. Finish it off with a coat of clear polyurethane and the makeover is complete!
The owner wanted an inviting, more cottage-like look for the home. We added a new front porch, did a face-lift on the front facade and installed a new stone walkway and a picket fence. We
filled in the central lawn area with shade-tolerant, colorful plantings like Endless Summer Hydrangea, Autumn Ferns and Impatiens. The final touches included hanging baskets, new planters, window boxes filled with annual plants and a new mailbox with vines.
