Weekend Project...Lawn Orbs!

Made from conduit, flat iron, threaded rod, and spray paint! Pretty easy to make and they make great focal points in the garden!!

  • We took the same green panels and hung them from the back to create a colorful back drop for our hanging lantern display. Use varied sized lanterns to create a unique, playful theme! 2
  • The possibilities are endless with cloth! You can swag cloth like we did so you capture movement when the wind blows. The white lanterns are solar powered and weather proof!!! 1
  • The painted Pallet acts as a unique focal point for the entire scheme. We suggest BRIGHT colors for a bigger impact...we went with greens, oranges, and whites.

Turn a 1980's light fixture into a lantern for your garden!

Don't throw it out! ....re-use it! We found this cool light fixture at a Thrift store and could not pass it up! With a little frost spray paint and black spray paint we gave it new life in the garden as a lantern!

  • Make sure to prop the lid open to allow the plants to get light! We used a dead branch for a rustic look.

possibilities are endless!!! Herbs, veggies, annuals, sedums, you name it! But remember this is a shallow planter and will probably needed to be watered daily! Happy Planting! :)

  • Staple commercial grade landscape fabric to the back, sides, and bottom.
  • Our planted garden! We mixed a lot of different things together but really the combination of plants could be endless! 8

Our palette garden

Cultivators Design and landscape loves to re-use things and this is our version of the palette garden. We also think these would make great herb gardens or succulent gardens too!
