DIY Fire pit and cover

First we made the fire pit and the pea gravel area, then I cut a large circle from a piece of plywood and created a cover for the fire pit. Now it's a table when the pit's not being used.

Mason Jar Bathroom Storage

Easy way to add storage to your bathroom. When the mason jars are dirty, slip them out, wash them in the dishwasher then put them back. Love it for my kids' toothbrushes! Full tutorial ...»

ps: I accidentally posted this under my personal account so if you see the same project/same pics on Lolly Jane's account, that's where is was SUPPOSED to be, lol (:

Crafts: My recent Jewelry tiers

An 11 yr old young lady and I did some "crafting" and made these jewelry tiers. I liked my original one so well, and it was so easy , we decided to make a couple as gifts. You can also ...»
see my stash of glass pieces. But I am finding them to be scarce. I really need larger bottom glass plates that are pretty. What are people doing with all their stuff nowadays? V Village, Gwill, Ross; hardly any pretty dishes to be find. And the yard sales..dont bother. But we had a nice visit .

My Topsy/Turvy Planter

This is my topsy/turvy planter. I decided to put it on a Shepherd's hook instead of Rebar because I could only find 10ft legnths and didn't have the resources to cut one down. I decided ...»
also to hang a lantern from it. As you can see in the first picture I hung one of my old lanterns but then changed it to a newer one I'd bought recently and didn't know where I was going to hang it. I got the general idea for a topsy/turvy planter from Beth H...thank you! I would have loved to make one just like hers but time and money ran out so I used what I could find in my yard.

I made flowers out of various dishes and china. Plus metal pipe and I have really cute flowers!

Using window caulk instead of glue, just caulk pieces together. Add a flattened silver spoon to the back so the handle can go down in the hollow pipe to make them into flowers for you garden art!

Our "Toy Garden"!

My neighbor and I call this our "Toy Garden". We spend day after day walking the beach for sea glass and unique shells. After noticing all the beach toys, flip flops, plastic and trash ...»
left littering our beaches, we started bringing extra bags with us and picked up as much as we could find and carry in one trip. Not knowing what to do with all the colorful toys and flip flops, we decided to build a Toy Wall and one thing led to another! We love our place so much and so does everyone who comes over to visit. It's such a happy, colorful place now that we have painted all the chairs!

Wondrous Peacock Topiaries

One of my favorite facebook pages for gardening inspiration is Old Moss Woman's Secret Garden. I'm still not sure exactly who Old Moss Woman is. Her page is wonderfully mysterious to me, ...»
all I know is that she collects and shares the most incredible photos of nature and gardening and posts them.

I messaged her to ask for permission to share here which she graciously granted. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did.

Here's her page if you'd like to check it out:
