Tri sodium phosphate, used to clean heavily soiled areas, like cabinets etc. I think the old “spic and span” may be one brand.
TSP is a heavy duty cleaner used to clean surfaces and/or prepare them prior to painting or applying wallpaper. You can find it in hardware stores near the painting supplies. Be sure to read and follow the directions on the label as it is a very strong and potentially dangerous substance.
