DIY Rustic Wedding Reception Table Numbers

When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted it to have a rustic/vintage feel and that we wanted to make some of the decor ourselves. I saw an idea for a table number and I knew that we could re-create it...we just needed the materials to do so :)
On one of our many trips to the North Carolina mountains, we stopped at Culpepper's Otto Depot and found awesome knobs and escutcheons - you know, the metal plate thingy where the key goes?
