Making a birthday wreath is simple & inexpensive, plus I'll give you an easy tip on how to hang a birthday banner with out tape!

For the wreath you'll need:

A wreath form
Bows
Hot glue gun
Glue the back of the bow ...
and place on the wreath form.
Continue to add layers of bows all the way around the form.
Once the bows are on, you can flip the wreath over and add a little extra glue for security on the back side if desired.
You can decide whether you want to use a variety of colors or a specific few.
Hang the bow wreath and you're done.
A very easy way to hang your birthday banners without tape or having them fall down, you'll need:

A pinch rod
A birthday banner of your choice
clothespins or shower curtain rings depending on the banner
Adjust your pinch rod to fit in your window, pinch between your desired space, or set on top of a ledge.
Use the close pins to pinch the banner onto the rod how you want it to hang.
Slide the rod up to the top of the window, place it on your ledge, etc.
If you didn't want to use the clothespins, getting some inexpensive shower rings and hooking them through the holes or creating holes on your banner works great too.
