I love to upcycle containers and glass jars are my favorite! I diced to try out the Oui Yogurt and they came in a super cute jar! I pulled out my etching solution and glass paints and had some fun!

I started off with the Oui jars, cleaned off the labels to get them ready for the next step.

Next I added the Etchall vinyl and etching solution to give parts of the glass and frosted look.

Next I cleaned off the Etchall etching creme and applied the Pebeo black liner, and then added in the Vitrea glass paint to make the jars look like they are made of stained glass. Pick the colors that best suit you - i am personally a fan of the jewel tones - green and blue are my fav colors!

Learn all the steps and see how easy and fun these stained glass jars are to make!!

Now you can turn a simple glass jar into something amazing with just a few simple steps and some creativity. I love how some parts of the glass are colored, some of etched, and some are left clear - make for a fun interesting look!! These will make for a cute storage item, great a bud vase for flowers, or even a drinking glass as the paint and the etching are food safe once baked :)
