Baking Cabinet MAKEOVER!
Hi, I'm Amber Oliver! I hope if you enjoy this project you'll also stop by my blog!
My baking cabinet was a complete MESS. I had mismatched containers, expired products, and a tumbling tower of stuff that I was constantly having to shove back in every time I opened the cabinet door! On top of that, I couldn't find the things I needed when I needed them! I decided not only to clean out the cabinet, but add a bit of pizazz, and make it easier to find the items I needed!
To start, I removed everything from the cabinets. I threw away old expired items and made a shopping list of items I needed to replace.
After wiping out the shelves, I measured the back wall and marked and cut decorative paper to add a cute touch in the back.
I used a spray adhesive to hang the paper on the back. Then put the shelves back into place.
I used the same spray adhesive to add cork pieces on the doors.
Now I can pin up recipes to keep them handy! I also added hooks to store my measuring cups! PRO TIP: the cork keeps the cups from slamming everytime you open and close the door. Trust me - without it, you'll be started every time you open the door!! haha!
Now I not only had a cuter baking cabinet, but it was much easier to find things when I needed them!

Have a question about this project?
I'm confused. How does adding cute paper to the back wall and cork panels with cup holders organize an entire cabinet? Did I miss a step or 3?
Great idea of organized storage. Where did the label's come from?
