Repurposed deck posts into Seaside mason jar solar light
Cut 4x4 deck posts into heights of your choice.
Drill a hole about an inch deep into the top of each post. Big enough for the plastic solar light post to fit snuggly in.

Glue the posts together with an outdoor glue.

Then glue the jar lid without the center to the post. Center the home you drilled for the solar light in the middle of the open hole of the mason jar lid. You then will be able to screw the jar on and off to make changes or replace solar light.

Cut the plastic solar light post to desired height to fit inside the jar and into the hole you drilled. This will keep the lights sturdy.

Decorate in any theme you want!
