Gardening: anyone know what this plant is?

My husband brushed up against it, and it "trashed" his forearm. It has been 10 days and the arm is still red and sore and peeling. I have looked into poison ivy, oak, and sumac, and none match. Thanks!

I don't recognize it. I'd take a sample of the plant with your husband to a dermatologist ...»
(wearing gloves doing so of course). It could be the plant or it may be that he was just allergic to it.
