Stenciled Tables

Recently I've stenciled a couple of dining room tables that have been fairly popular, so I thought I would share them with y'all! They are done so that the wood shows through the stencil ...»
and I love the look. Here are the links to the posts: Paisley table - http://www.domesticimperfection.com/2012/05/...

Chalk Painted kitchen cabinets & cottage kitchen redo

We decided to tear out our existing builder grade cabinets and rebuild them with some open shelving incorporated into the design. We used Annie Sloan chalk paint on all of the lower and upper cabinets.

Backyard Pond with Waterfall

Before we had a small pond and waterfall that was basically grade level. This spring my husband wanted to enlarge it with a bigger waterfall. He also hoped to add some extra seating. ...»
It has a cinder block wall that was covered with slate and topped with flagstone. The pond and waterfall was small of concrete and rocks and flagstone arranged on it to give it a more natural look. Now the water flows down the higher waterfall providing us with the soothing sounds of man made nature!!! Too see more, go to http://awalkinthecountryside.blogspot.com/20...

Tropical Back Porch Paradise

I've been struggling with decorating by back porch but I think I've finally got the look I was wanting! Check out my little bit of paradise! I mounted a mantel on one wall and ...»
surrounded it with lush tropical plants. There is a small table with a couple of chairs. On the other end, a HAMMOCK! The drop cloth curtains add the final touch. To see more, visit my blog http://awalkinthecountryside.blogspot.com/20...

An Unknown Plant

Anyone have any idea what this plat is. The flowers are initially small, white, and profuse. As they get pollinated they turn yellow/orange. The fruit resembles a small green foot ball ...»
and has the flavor of an orange and a lemon combined. Yes they are apparently edible as I ate many this year and some last year as well. I have never seen these before but there are several in the woods around my house and I saw one up in Rome Georgia last year, but it didn't have any flowers or fruit on it. The birds just decimate this fruit when it is ripe. I got some pictures of it when it was winding down its flowering and hopefully someone can clue me in.

Thanks for any input.
