My Master Bedroom!

Furnace not working.
It is about -20 F and feels like -34 (according to the weather channel) and I have two small children getting cold!
I called the Tin Shop and the guy was booked. I explained my problem, and he said "sounds like a condensate drainage issue". So, I was trying to figure it out.
