Home Maintenance & Repairs: I need to install a ceiling fan in a room that does not have a light fixture. Any suggestions?
I think there are 2 choices, I hire an electrician for an internal wiring where no wires currently exist or mount the fan and run an external wire to the plug that is operated by the wall switch.

Heating & Cooling: Looking for a generous HVAC repairman.
Both my AC units went out and I was just diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer with pancratic cancer as a primary source and cannot work. With the temperatures in the high 90s, it is miserable. Gainesville area Georgia
