This one has a lot of great reviews. I recently picked up an Electronic version of Amercia's test kitchen cookbook for my nook. At 2700 pages I'm stll working my way around it. If you do not have an ebook reader the hardcopy is just a few buck more and is filled with some really good stuff.
Amercia's test kitchen are the people that publish "cooks illustrated" these recipes are some of the best I have ever used.
