I had lots of small pieces of fabric leftover from many projects that were one yard or less. I also had lots of boxes and shoeboxes. I made the boxes into pretty and stackable storage by covering them with the fabric leftovers.
I recently found two old doors in a construction dumpster on the side of the road. After doing a bit of prep work with the old paint (including scraping and sanding for days and days) I
decided on a coffee table design that was so easy to assemble. The only power tool I used was an electric drill. I was able to use parts from both of the doors for all of the wood parts of the coffee table and keep as much of the rusty old hardware on as possible. I added casters to the coffee table to make it easy to maneuver. You know when someone wants to clean in here. I'm not sure who that person is, but I thought I was being very thoughtful with the caster decision. :) #ProudestDIY

Love this, however, I had one and needed to get rid of it. The wood started to spread and
crumb, etc started getting the openings. Sad. For future info, does anyone know oh a way to keep this warping from happening? Thanks <3
