I have always wanted to attempt making a kitchen island and I finally found the perfect one to make...... From and inspirational picture found on PINTEREST to a Kitchen Island I'll Love

I noticed that a few people have commented on maybe adding a piece of Plexi Glass to the top of this....... Sorry I forgot to say in the post that I went and purchased some Plexi glass and have it sitting on top of the Door.... It's not shown in the picture cause I purchased it after I had taken all the pics... Sorry for the confusion... But thank you all for your input :)..... It definitely is a must for sure..... a lot easier to clean and no food getting into all the Crevices ......

I just finished making these sunflowers out of brown paper! They were so easy and are going to be used as party decorations. But these would be beautiful in a little girl's room also! Check out my link below for a detailed tutorial. Thanks.
We used 6 old pallets to create a custom and unique storage piece. I had all these pallets in my garage and was just itching to do something creative and unique with them. This is what
happened. We pulled the boards off of one side of each pallet and stacked them so the openings were bigger. I sanded and sanded and sanded forever then 2 coats of polyurethane to bring out the rustic color. I sold it to a family who are using it in their playroom!
