Concrete & Masonry: I just had a concrete patio done less than six months ago and I noticed a hairline crack running through the middle.

Is this normal or does it need to be redone? Thanks.

I would contact the contractor and find out where he got the concrete. Tell the contractor that you want this repaired and 6 months is too early for a crack like that. If it cracked at a corner, such as a chimney, or corner of the house, there should be expansion joints or sawcuts in the proper places. If you like, email me some detailed pics and I should be able to tell you if they put expansion joints in correctly. I would be willing to bet that the contractor will do everything he can not to take care of his customer. That's why we have such a bad rap. Email: GTBurchConstruction@gmail.com

If I were in FL, I would be happy to look at it for you. Take care
