Power wash the siding with a cleaning solution that kills the mold and mildew. The product ...»
used and how hard you can powerwash depends on the type of siding and the shapes of the siding. If not confident in your ability to powerwash hire someone. Check references and jobs of the powerwasher before you hire.

Greg forget BBB. Check for references, licenses and verify insurance. Customers are a good way ...»
to go. Contractor who is good will usually have a file of reference letters to show you along with pictures. Do you know anyone who has put in a pool? If so ask them. BTW Rising Sun Pools has a good reputation.

I am installing wood floors and new cabinets in my kitchen.

When cleaning hardwood floors avoid using regular cleaners.

These cleaners will strip the polyurethane off the floors. Instead use a specific cleaner such as BonaKemi's BonaX Hardwood floor cleaner, used by pros for years. Vacuum floor very ...»
thoroughly first as left over particles can scratch the floor. Then Spray the cleaner on the floor and use a flat cloth type "mop" to scrub floor. It will revitalize the floor and make a big difference. and no I do not sell BonaX and I no longer have a floor company so I am not promoting a product that will make me money.
