Gardening: Limbs overhanging new neighbors backyard

I the room has windows there may be some un noticed solar gain, poor wall insulation etc. turning off the machines will help but so will cleaning them...I recently took the cover off my PC and used an air compressor to blow out the dust bunnies....the fan barely comes on now.

Can someone recommend a gutter cleaning service that will perform the task without presenting a laundry list of things

they believe are wrong with the gutters or the roof? I really do not want to seem unpleasant, I just need my gutters cleaned.

Thank you!

Much better than $200 and a lecture about how bad our roof (2 years old) is. We paid him $50 which seemed fair.

valve in backwards. cold=hot and vice versa. To mask his mistake he took the cartridge apart and performed some mumbo-jumbo to make it work properly. Of course this damaged the cartridge which eventually self-destructed. The folks at Zurn were very nice and sent me a new cartridge. Hot/cold are now reversed however no water hammer. Live and learn.
