Useful Tip and USE WHAT? Are you ready for this one? Maybe some of you already heard about this, but some of you may not have. ...»

I still can't believe it, Epsom Salt! Here is the funny thing it's right here on the package, with directions. Too funny! Who would have thought? See More on this at http://www.onemoretimeevents.com/2012/07/use...

Painted Kitchen Cabinets & Countertops

Yup, cabinets AND counters! The original cabinetry was in perfect shape (only a few years old) but was horribly ill-planned when I picked the colors while building the house. Our kitchen ...»
has no direct sunlight or natural light sources and tended to be VERY dark 90% of the day. We decided to add some undermount lighting to see if that would brighten the space but only made the rest of the room feel even darker. I stumbled upon the Rustoleum Cabinet and Countertops Transformation kits and thought "It can't be that bad.". Let me tell you painting a kitchen this large by yourself (hubs doesn't paint) is not fun. The countertops are really easy to do and only take 2 days + dry time to finish. The cabinets took me a solid week of sun up to sun down but I think all in all the final product is amazing. It's been a while now and they are still in perfect condition like the day I finished. I highly recommend these products!
