You could cut the entire drawer all the way across till you get almost to the front of the ...»
drawer. Since you will have two little sides left attached to the front, then you can put the back, back on. Nail it to a wall and you will have a decorative way to display frames stacked together. You won't have to nail the frames to the wall because they will fit inside the drawer and lean on the wall. I hope I explained myself well. haha
