My favorite place. Enjoy the weekend!

Raised patio, waterfall and spa area. This area was raised up and the grade was held back with large moss rock boulders and lush plantings. This is a great place for a nap. http://www.deckandpatio.com/pools-spas.html

Rotted retaining wall becomes and aquascape miracle. Project showcase- How we went from ugly walls to beautiful cascade!

This total backyard renovation started with the need to replace an old rotted wood retaining wall. There was loud road noise directly behind it, and our clients were looking for a ...»
solution. The combination of large boulders and landscaping stabilizes the hill. The sound of the waterfall masks the road noise. The result was an updated backyard with a stepping stone path that leads through a 7' high cascading waterfall that guests can walk under, and a stream into a pondless reservoir. This new walk under waterfall is the focal point for the renovated pool and patio space. Project by Deck and Patio Company Huntington Station New York. Art in the Landscape Rye NY

Project in Rye, NY

Property had this statue that looks just like Kramer from Seinfeld. ...»

It looked like it was presenting something.

Obviously, it needed to present the focal point.

Using the Aquascape Ecosystem Pond concept,

TRD Designs along with Atlantis Watergardes in NJ

teamed up to create this stunning water feature. ENJOY

Bird feeder deterrent

After so long doing battle with squirrels attacking my bird feeder and trying everything possible, I resorted to doing something less expensive. I simply took packing tape, {sticky side ...»
outside} and so far they have not been able to get past it .I have watched it for 2 days and so far the birds are able to eat in peace the squirrels just pick up the seed that falls

Backyard Ponds Make Fish Keeping Fun

One of the greatest pleasures of installing a backyard pond is the fish. Pond fish and koi are colorful, friendly, fun to watch, and they'll eat right out of your hand! And if you live ...»
in Northern climes, they will over-winter in the pond provided it's at least 2 feet deep and you keep a hole in the ice.
