Dining Room Before & After

Here's a picture of our dining room before & after. I took the mirror off the door & painted chalkboard paint. I bought the table off craiglists for a $100. Which I thought was a steal. ...»
they were asking $200 but it wasn't something I had to have I had a table, but I thought I'd throw out an offer & was pleasantly surprised when they said yes. The fabric & material was another $60 with a 50% off coupon from Joann's. So total invested $160 not bad I'd say. The curtains were $24. at Ross origanlly from JCP for a lot more. Then the paint from Home Depot. I had the chalk board paint from another project. So for about $220. I got a new look. Next Big and I mean Big project is our Kitchen we are going to make the wall to the left a half wall into the family room. But the whole kitchen has to be gutted. So wish us luck! Hopefully starting end of May Begging. of July.

Great updating - love that chalkboard painted door. Light, airy and family friendly.
