Home Maintenance & Repairs: I have a patio below a wood deck. When it rains it drips thru the deck onto patio.Ideas to keep patio dry inexpensively?

Patio is concrete and would like to enjoy it without soaking furniture and all below

Painting: What's the best deck stain or paint solution for decking that is cracking/weathered?

    live in a townhouse so I haven't had the need for pine straw in quite a while. But they used to be on the corner of Old Atlanta Rd and McGinnis Ferry.
