Dragonflies made from re-purposed materials

I made these two dragonflies using an old metal sign and a discarded chair leg! They are great to hang indoors or outdoors!

Since we are sharing address signs, I thought I would share my pinterest inspired house numbers. Three thrift store frames glued to greet treated plywood with oversized wooden numbers. Paint colors come from the house, sans white trim. Each frame is affixed to a cedar stake. Sweet tiny visitor.

As you can see by some of my post...I like animals. I enjoy everyone's posts of animals who visit our homes. Except the snakes! We've have 24 snake visits in 7 years, Eek!

My first pond ( :

I used a basin used for mixing concrete...(road side find) The fountain a fountian a freind handed to me because it never held water. I drilled a hole got the longer tubing so I could submerge the pump and placed it on 2 ceramic bricks. All the stone came from my yard. It is directly in front of my patio.
