i am not getting immediate water flow in the kitchen fawcet when turning on the water. there is a delay and then it spurts a few times before the steady flow begins.

    William, ...»

A carpenter can easily replicate a design that fits with your taste and specific measurement requirements. The site you mentioned quoted Tall gates up to 42" range in cost from $124 to $167. That's a pretty good price for something that simply needs to be installed. Having something custom built, stained/painted and then installed for you would be significantly more costly.

    Good luck,

    Chuck
