Design & Décor: Football theme boys bedroom that doesn't look cheesy

We are moving into a new home in a few days and I am trying to figure out how to paint my 8 y/o son's room. He wants a Football room but everything I am finding looks so cheesy :( I ...»
found colors that I like in the Behr paint line that are Aged Parchment (Creamy off while) Antique Tin (Silver/Grey) Cracked Pepper (Black) Royal Liqueur (Deep Carmel Brown). For the accent wall I was going to pain it Flat Royal Liqueur and stencil Footballs randomly with a metallic or gloss paint. What I need help with is figuring out what to do with the other 3 walls. I was thinking about alternating stripes, with the other colors, but I have never done stripes. I am leaning towards a vintage/antique style. Any ideas or suggestions?? Thank you!!

A Drawer transformed into an over the Toilet Cabinet

So I had all these drawers lying around from an old waterbed frame compliments from my neighbor who had purchase a new bed and wanted to know if I would like to use the wood and drawers ...»
for any of my projects...and me the JUNK Queen never passes up on an opportunity for free wood LOL!

So I thought to myself, SELF... what can I make out of these drawers?

Then I got to thinking that I was needing a new cabinet to go over the toilet in the bathroom to hold the toilet paper and other bathroom accessories.

So from one of the drawers this is what I made...
