Concrete Garden Path

We made this garden walkway with a mold that we purchased at Lowe's. We mixed the Quickcrete up and then poured it into the mold a section at a time. It was almost like making mud pies. It was a bit time consuming but we were very happy with the end result. It has held up very well as it has been down now for about 3 years.

I extended my concrete slab patio with cement pavers and I think my chipmunk friends have made ...»
some tunnels under the pavers and the some of the pavers are now unsteady. Do you think I could take the pavers out and do something like this on the extended patio area. Do you have to do each section imediatly after the other? I am looking for a way to fix this before my sons rehursal dinner in late August.
