I wanted a fun way to display flowers in my dining room. With just a few supplies from the hardware store, I was able to create these wine bottle wall vases. I planted the bulb end of 2010 and nothing came up in2011 from bulbs I bought at Christmas Tree Store on sale then the box sat around my house for too many months but low and behold look what popped up last week !

This is one of my favorite pics that sums up the beauty I experience every day. My tea pot fountain dances in the background of this beautiful yellow swallowtail as it flits from flower to flower. Just love the long days of summer!

This was one of the first vases we made out of test tubes set in a branch and it's always been my favorite. I change the flowers often and it is never the same arrangement twice.

Had a friend suggest I post these two pics showing my shade garden in different seasons. It's an entirely different world only six months apart!
