Ready to use outdoor fountains can be so pricey, so we decided to make our own... We did it with supplies from the hardware store and you can too! I have written up some basic instructions and you can find them in the link:
I made this sign last weekend with some leftover plywood. Just traced out the letters and cut them out with a jigsaw. It's not perfect and a little rustic just like I like it. :) I love the way it came out and for all of the cost of nothing.
I personally was glad when we moved into this house that it was this and not the popcorn ceiling like our other house. (which I detest!) Whoever invented the popcorn ceiling should be...... (fill in the blank)

As Paint-N-Plus said, there is a way to wet it down and scrape it off. I'm sure you can find
ways to do it online. You can probably use a paint sprayer for the water.
