Heating & Cooling: Is there any way a central a/c system can be used to expel the hot air in a house?

I live in FL, and the hot air from earlier in the day seems trapped inside, when I want to bring in the cooler night air. I have ceiling fans, but they don't seem to make a difference. Should I use a standing fan instead?

my dishes. They are best grown in containers since they spread very fast. The best things as you said is to hang them and keep them away from the cats. They need well drained soil with 6 hours of sunlight.
