An old bowling ball sitting in storage is what started this project. I covered it with decorative flat sided glass shapes. I used the stand for the bowling ball to hold it in place

I made a similar one for a friend a few years back. If you're going to do it you should do a
few things first: 1)sand the bowling ball down to scuff it up a little, 2)Fill all the holes with either joint compond or wood putty, 3)Spray paint the bowling ball with plastic primer and then a metalic color of your choice that is specfically made for plastic.
I have wood paneling in all but 2 rooms of my house. We were thinking of keeping it in our kitchen and doing a faux waincoting, but it's everywhere else in our house too. I want it gone! I'm tired of looking at it.
