Garden mailbox toolshed

Had this old package sized mailbox so decided to repurpose it into a mini shed out at my vegie garden. Now everything I need is right at my fingertips and everything stays dry and clean! So many people ask me why there is a mailbox out in my garden!

  • This project cost a total of $20 because I used mostly materials and plants I already had. See it on "Our Fairfield Garden" board on Pinterest @ Barb Rosen and my website http://ourfairfieldhomeandgarden.com 8

Making a succulent garden in an old birdbath

Upcycled an old, leaky birdbath into a beautiful succulent garden! I mixed about 2 parts compost to 1 part builder's sand and mounded it up in the birdbath basin using small rocks, then added the succulents.http://ourfairfieldhomeandgarden.com

  • The "new" look. I wanted a timless farm-country-cottage feel. And I think I achived it too. All my furniture are 2nd hand from family or fleamarkets. I have just painted or cleaned it. Depending on the state of the item.
