wood to tie in with the hard wood throughout the 90+ year old house. It turned out well and I really like the elegance of the darker stain. I think white would have been to modern for this house, and though I like the freshness of white it can be hard to keep clean if you have little ones and pets.

to update my bedroom. Its in need of freshening up. I found what I hope will be just the right color. Happy painting!
