Pest Control: I have yellow jackets in the yard. What can i spray them with to either kill them or at least drive them away.

Look for this product; ELIMINATOR Wasp, Hornet, and Yellowjacket Spray. It kills them all, ...»
within seconds of contact, as I've witnessed. BE CAREFUL when you use this; nasty stuff!

Plumbing: i'm thinking of replacing my hot water heater but do not want to use gas.

What are the option and how much should I expect to pay. I've been looking at the heat pump system.

You may want to consider a tankless electrical hot water heater instead. I just am not a fan ...»
of heat pumps at all. I think the idea is good, it just does not work like it should. I have a HVAC heat pump and this will be the last one I have.

You will just need to have people come out a give you prices on new units. You need to consider energy tax credits (some systems will qualify and some will not), manufacturers rebates( you will have to ask about them) and other cost like adding electirical outlets into the final price.

Make sure that you use someone who is licensed and insured. Also make sure that any warranty covers parts and labor. Many manufactures warranties will only cover the parts, and you have to pay to get them installed.
