I moved to AR with my husband in the fall of 2010 and we're remodeling -very slowly- his boyhood home. It was built in 1940 & the Catalpa tree in my profile pictures has been in the backyard a long time--it's huge! We loved this old house & two lots already but needed to upgrade with several new amenities. Now we're applying new paint and adding our own personalities. Such fun but whew, it's a lot of work!
