      Sorry it didn't work out. Check with a local rug dealer and they may be willing to take it in on consignment and sell it for you. Maybe you can get your money back that way.

      get one of those "zip -it" tools...they only cost a few buck...try that first from the drain.

      We have a wood kitchen floor. The part that sees the most moisture is rotting. We're renting, so whatever. If I owned my own house, I would install tile in the kitchen.
