to meet the clients budget by getting creative in several ways:
1. We use LVT for the flooring. This looks and has the same texture as hardwoods, but will not warp when it gets wet. Plus is cost less.
2. We designed the media room around the furniture. This saved our client thousands in having to order custom made furnishings.
3. We were able to design around the other finished parts of the basement therefore saving quite a bit on finishes.

Some people dream of the summer air while they chose to be stuck indoors to avoid the mosquitoes. I want to get you outside more to enjoy your neighbors and your yards, great communities lead to long lives.
Mosquitoes stay within a one mile radius of their breeding site. If your yard has been taken over by mosquitoes and you know where there is standing water around your house and yard, you're in for a trick or treat if you don't put a stop to the development of families of mosquitoes right away. Mosquitoes lay eggs in water, so a few drops of baby oil will spread and smother the eggs and larvae, hence killing them before they spread a disease to you.
