either side. My question is would it be smart or worth it to replace them with programmatic digital stats to make them more efficient?

Cautionary Tale About Salt

I took this picture outside an office building. You can see how the air conditioning unit is corroding. I'm assuming this is due to the maintenance people adding salt to the sidewalk in ...»
the winter.

Good learning lesson for us homeowners, though. Maybe this could be avoided by them initially setting the units back off the sidewalk?

What could they do to prevent further problems? Any ideas.
