  • A contemporary light fixture and new dining table pair well with the mirror the client had picked up at an Estate sale several years prior 1
  • The kitchen storage was maximized in several ways. The cabinets were taken to the ceiling and we chose to install 15" deep upper cabinets. Both corners in the kitchen maximized storage with a super susan and a corner cabinet instead of blind corner
  • The kitchen is made to feel more spacious by enlarging the pass through to the dining area and the addition of full height glass tile.
  • This kitchen is all of 8' x 6' and has all full size appliances. Every inch of space is used and has added significant storage.
  • Condos can be tricky. We had hoped to install a recessed wine cooler in this area but were thwarted by plumbing vents that could not be moved. This 9" deep alcove fit a pair of wine cubes perfectly. The area was trimmed out to look built in. 2
  • The bathroom was completely updated and maximized available storage. The old vanity had a single sink off to one side and a useless open area for seating. We moved the sink to center and added drawers to each side for husband and wife.

  • Ellie loves her new home!
  • Cluttered, outdated and carpet throughout.
  • The tiled tub had existing water damage and we chose to replace it all with a Sterling Ensemble tub/shower unit with new glass doors
  • Old, drab and a very inefficient use of space for two
  • The kitchen before.
  • Notice the elevated bar int he before picture. We cut this down even with the countertop to create more space and a feeling of openness.
  • blind cabinets in the corners were useless. Anything put in there for storing was never to be seen again if it rested in the back. This kitchen had only 1 drawer before the remodel

Remodeling a small space is surely a challenge!

This 575 square foot condominium is owned by a young professional couple in Seattle, WA. They loved their urban life, but hated their home and were embarrassed to have company over. ...»
They were also busting at the seams for storage solutions.

We had a wonderful time working with this condo to maximize the existing space, create additional storage and most importantly we created a space the owner loves to spend time in.
