Card Catalog-looking Jewelry Box - Ikea Moppe Hack

I've had the bigger version of the Ikea Moppe drawers on my dresser for ages. I used to use them for pens and pencils and scissors and such. Now I use them to hold my jewelry.

Until now. ...»

Using layers of distressed paint, I made my drawers into a chippy industrial-esque, card catalog-looking jewelry box!

For all the how to: http://akadesign.ca/?p=9407.

Thrill of the Hunt that I talked about in this post. Now don't get it twisted I absolutely hate country decor--sorry for being so harsh to all of the apple kitchen lovin', all out country decor readers I have, but that's just not my style. Here's the low down on taking my rooster from classic country to shabby chic...more @ http://thehousemadehome.blogspot.com/2012/05...
