  • Melaleuca removes smell from laundry

How to Remove the Stinky Smell From HE Washing Machine

How can you remove the stinky smell from washing machines? A tip for removing the stinky smell from washing machines is to simply add 10 – 15 drops of purify or Melaleuca essential oil on wet wash cloth and wash.

That is ALL you want in the washer and you want to use HOT water/Clean cycle if you have one. You can also add 1 cup of vinegar if you want for additional aid in cleaning the washer.

I did this with Melaleuca and it worked great! ...»

You can also use essential oil to remove the sour smell from clothes too!

It is only $.10 per drop so a great way to save money too! No chemicals and works well!

  • How many times have you thrown food away because it spoiled before you ate it?
  • We changed our approach to food and have stretched our savings and food stores by using these few tricks.
  • Buying nuts in bulk is cheaper, but you don't want them to go back. Separate them into air tight containers until you're ready to use them.
  • We freeze our own beans! We soak them and divide them into meal size servings and lay them flat to freeze.
  • We portion our meats and freeze them.
  • Just make sure to label the freezer bag with the date and remove as much air as possible.
  • We do this for all our meats - chicken, ground beef, ground turkey, pork loin steaks. 3
  • TIP! Save all your chicken scraps, skin and bones, as well as any vegetable scraps. I store them in a freezer bag and once the bag is full, I slow cook the scraps into a broth. I let the broth cool and skim the fat, then store it!
  • For portion control, freeze your cookie dough. We fly through a batch of cookies in a few days. Roll the dough into small balls and freeze them.
  • Transfer them to a freezer bag with the baking instructions on the outside. Only take out the number of cookies you want to eat.
  • We make our own granola. It's so easy, just find your favorite recipe and make. Much cheaper than store bought without all the preservatives. 1
  • One of our biggest money savers is making our own pizza. We buy frozen dough in bulk. We've made our own pizza sauce, too. Each pizza comes to about $2.75! 1
  • Making your own bread may be daunting, but it's really quite easy. One recipe we use makes two loaves.

One of the biggest things to saving money is NOT using coupons, which dictate spending on ...»
processed foods and commercial cleansers, all of which can be eliminated from my grocery cart. They are a financial drain, and a burden on the body and environment.

CORE in coordination with Jones Pierce Architects worked to create a complete outdoor living experience for the client.

The design includes an outdoor addition, small pool, raised spa, radial retaining, boulder retaining walls. The somewhat formal hardscape design will be offset with lush plantings to create a comfortable and unique outdoor living space.

I'd go with a verdigris copper - you can purchase either real copper squares (like old tin ...»
ceiling) and create an aged verdigris finish, or a heavy vinyl "wallpaper" that can be painted like aged copper.

We are gas/forced air. While it was more expensive than the other quotes, the Rheem system is ...»
far superior, and eligible for state (no more federal) rebates, and a big plus is that the warrantee could be transferred to new owners if we sell in the next 10 years. It offered more bang for our buck in the end. Also included in our package price is new insulation throughout the home. There is an energy loan available through the government at 0% interest over 10 years as well for the high efficiency systems...check it out at http://www.energyfinancesolutions.com/ (No, I am not an HVAC sales rep, I am a homeowner/consumer)

  • Dog gate built using shutters 4

My first share -- I wanted something a little nicer and more permanent than a baby gate to try and keep our three dogs

out of the living room. (One of the dogs is old and has ... problems of the floor-ruining sort.) I'd bought these old shutters at a yard sale a few months back and by attaching two and a half of them together and securing them at the top and bottom with trim, they made a perfect gate. Took less than an hour start to finish.
