Painting: I recently completed putting up wall board and painting my garage. Looks great!

However, the cement floor has paint spots and joint compound residue which I tried scraping with chisels. What should I use to cover up the blemishes? Is there a special paint (latex, ...»
acrylic, or epoxy) that will be cheap and effective at hiding these splotches? Should it be waterproof and sealed or should the cement be allowed to breathe?

    Hi James, ...»

I would go with an epoxy floor covering from Lowes/Home Depot. It is a DIY project that's real easy. Just follow instructions and your all set.
