What TYPE Snake is THIS???

So THIS Snake went into my Shed...... THEN this morning, I find a Southern Ring Neck snake. This snake at the Shed doesn't have a ring around its neck though. Is that it's mouth Open??

    you just dont like them!! They leave the way they get where ever they came from...just be careful where you step..no need to kill them either!! They are just an annoyance but I love them!! Good luck!
