My Laundry room is a walk through to my garage. I don't know about you but my laundry room always seems to be overflowing with clothes, it probably doesn't help that I HATE doing
laundry. I needed storage and to maximize every inch of space. One Saturday my husband and I stacked our washer and dryer and started building using what we had in the garage. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Head over to my blog for more information! http://startathome.blogspot.com/2012/03/lau...
Most families have lots of stuff packed into their garage - kids toys, bikes, sports equipment; dad's tools and mom's hobby supplies. Multiply that by 2 or 3 times and you calculate the
amount of stuff this St Louis family needed to put away.
Fortunately they came to Garage Designs of St Louis for help.
We started by building in His and Hers work benches so mom and dad would have a dedicated work space for their projects. The remaining wall space in their 3-car garage was lined with StoreWALL - super versatile weather-proof bug-proof slatwall panels. The wall panels support a multitude of hooks, shelves and baskets that are designed to hold practically anything. Even a small nook under an interior stairwell was utilized. Every square inch of this garage now has a purpose.
