DIY Mother's Day Gift From Pebbles [DIY Pebble Art]

For anyone is following my posts, my love for pebbles and pebble art is known. Beach stones I have collected from the beautiful seashores of Greece and try to combine them in minimal and meaningful forms and shapes. So, for this Mother's day gift I chose to make a pebble creation. Simple, but elegant, with few materials.
The things I will need:

• Pebbles, of course.

• Glitter glues for special effect.

• Hot glue and silicone gun.

• A piece of cardboard. Any color of your preference

• A shadow box frame.
The steps are easy.

1 • Wash and dry the pebbles.

2 • For a more glamorous effect, you can paint them with a glitter glue. I used silver and gold glitter glue in this work. But, it's OK and beautiful to leave their natural color.

2 • Spend a little time making shapes with the pebbles until you find the right topic.

3 • When you are sure about the theme, glue them on the cardboard with the hot glue.

4 • Place your creation in a shadow box frame (You can find out how to transform a simple frame to a shadow box frame in my previous posts).

This is a fabulous idea. I was just outside yesterday to gather some round flat stones to paint with my granddaughters. My kids did it when they were young and I still have them with magnets on the back for my fridge.
